When this vehicle was purchased in October 1917, the entune 3 navigation and entertainment system worked. In November it stopped working. Toyota has demonstrated that they are unable or unwilling to fix the system. Their response is to change the parameters of operation. It is now unsafe to operate as operation requires a manipulation of a tethered iPhone when driving. A COMPLETELY UNSAFE PROCEDURE! Toyota has made a change in their NEW vehicles but WILL NOT CHANGE OR UPDATE the previous year. This shows the a complete disregard for their customers. This demonstrates this company will not fix a problem and it is noteworthy to take into account and potential customers should not deal with this manufacturer who chooses to ignore their customers.
