I bought a Toyota Yaris Sedan 2014 full option. The left mirror was broken, I went to Toyota Egypt and they said they don't have the full option one, I am to wait for 20 more days then to call to ask if they got it or not!!
Imagine a car that is released one year ago and no spare parts!!!! They didn't even care to register my complain. I asked them to make a temp fixing for it to last till they get the new one, they refused. So how am I to drive without the left mirror for a month!!! Can you imagine how I feel to be not able to use my new car because Toyota Egypt doesn't have a spare part?!
I waited for a long time till it's my turn to tell me no we don't have it, go fix it elsewhere! That's my first Toyota and frankly, I'm pissed
