I found that I had no water coming to the nozzles to wash the windshield with the wipers. No water and the wipers can permanently scratch the glass. The dealer mechanic found that the factory had installed the water supply hose in such a manner as to have a kink in the hose that greatly restricted the flow of cleaner fluid.
This problem resulted in my cancelling a family vacation and having to reschedule everything.
