When it is raining a lot (like overnight or all day, the vehicle is very difficult to start. Turns over but will not fire. It does this occasionally when it is half warm. It misfires like there is a fuel mixture problem when half warm also, but usually when it is very wet or sometimes when half or 3/4 warmed up. Once it does start it will nearly always start back up immediately. We've always gotten it started but when it is wet, only with a lot of cranking with waits in between.
