The tailgate on my 2017 Ford Explorer intermittently won't close automatically. Nothing works - not the remote, door button, or cabin button. It has to be manually shut. AND, the foot sensor that should allow me to close the tailgate without using any of those buttons but with only my foot has never worked properly. I LOVE this car but these types of issues are infuriating for the price I pay to own this vehicle. Unfortunately when I have taken it to the dealer for other intermittent issues if they cannot replicate it they won't do anything about it - even when under warranty.Taking it in ASAP as there are now multiple issues. ANNOYED.
