I have bought Mazda CX-9 top-end in 2014 (make : December 2013) from a Dubai showroom in Sheikh Zayed. The sales representative though was very helpful in all aspects, but I was never informed on the aspect of maps being outdated and which would need an update very soon. I expected that since it was sold to me mentioning 2014 model, the GPS maps should have been the latest or maximum 6 months old. The map currently is very, very old and it's really annoying and frustrating to use it in the car. I have even complained in the service center and the showroom, but have not got any reply.
These guys suck and don't know what is customer service and that too when you have spend so much on the top end model. They expect me to pay more in two months of purchase just to update the maps.
Customer service really BAD, ANNOYING, FRUSTRATING, AND HELL OF EXPERIENCE.
