The plastic component(s) on the radiator broke allowing coolant to exit the coolant system and splash upon the motor and other engine components. The Acura dealer (in omaha Nebraska; 84th street) was queried about this problem and the service department employee indicated they had replaced three radiators in the previous few weeks. They stated this appeared to be a higher than normal failure rate. The individual provided me Acura's regional number and I called to advise them of this problem. The person from Acura regional headquarters advised me this was not a problem otherwise they would have taken action previously.
