I brought to Fremont CA, Acura dealer, and they try to get approve from Acura's warranty but they were not successful. I am also contacted by "Honda and Acura Sunroof Shattering Defect – Class Action Investigation"; they asked me for broken glass sample but I do not have any since the dealer has cleaned up and place temporary taped on top. The out of pocket is not much to me, but the cause (most likely a defect on installed glass) should be responsibility of Acura.
