TSB Document:

Affected Component: ENGINE (PWS)

Summary
Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 21 number 08-02 dated November 11, 2008. Engine does not start in extremely cold ambient temperatures. If, during winter months, the vehicle is used mainly for short trips, it is possible for an excessive amount of condensed water to collect in the rear muffler. When the condensed water level in the muffler reaches a certain point, it is possible for this water to run into the exhaust pipe and freeze overnight, preventing the engine from starting.
