While in middle of an intersection vehicle died. Consumer could not start vehicle because there was no electric power, had towed vehicle to dealer. After an hour, they found a blown fuse. Consumer inquired of what would have happened it this occurred on highway at 70 mph. The cause for the fuse blow was not known
