This Preliminary information communicates that a customer may notice that the gridlines on the backup camera are very dim. They may mention that this occurred after an OTA update. The dealer technician is advised to perform no repairs. The technician is advised that engineering is looking into a resolution and the resolution will be communicated through this PI or a bulletin when it becomes available.
