The contact owns a 2007 Buick Lucerne. While attempting to change the front driver's side tire, the jack that was supporting the vehicle suddenly bent and split into pieces. The vehicle slammed down to the ground. There were no injuries. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealer. The current and failure mileages were 11,500.
