One reason for purchasing this car was because it had heated front seats. The drivers side quit working over a year ago and then this past year the passenger side quit. In cold weather these were very significant to have as I have a neurological disorder that the extreme temperatures great,y affect me and is very painful. The heated seats helped greatly ease my pain.

I feel with such low miles, this issue should be repaired at the company's expense, especially at $600!!!!!

I brought the car in to have the heated seat checked because it stopped working for the second time. First time was under warranty. The service guy asked me if it wouldn't work when it was cold. I am not sure why you need heated seats unless it is cold. I was told it would be $650 to replace the heating element. After contacting Buick it was $350. Needless to say I didn't fix it. A week or two later I noticed the rear windows wouldn't roll down. The sunroof does not close when accessory is not turned on. It used to close as long as you didn't open a door. The door locks do not lock when car is put in drive. The left door ajar warning will not turn off causing interior lights to stay on. Navigation system is stuck in Washington DC when I live in GA.

The car also has a hard downshift when slowing down. It is either 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd.

I hope I addessed all my issues. Too many to name.
