- Summary
- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have Steering wheel control switches will have no backlighting, Instrument Panel Cluster resets, Instrument Panel Cluster will go to "Sport mode" when "Touring" was selected, and the heads up display does not retain the customers preferred display setting. Technician will need to update the Instrument Panel Cluster using USB flash drive and Service Programming System.
