Summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have the heated seats come on during a remote vehicle start even though they have selected them off in the Vehicle Personalization Settings. If the technician duplicates the concern the Body Control Module will need to be updated using Service Programming System.
