2002 cadallic ctc has not truck key lock. Adverse conditions occur when the battery fails as all, and I mean all systems shut down. One cannot get into the trunk, use the phone, or even get the keys out of the ignition. But, not having a key lock for the truck is dangerous and unsafe.
