Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2006 Cadillac Cts. While the vehicle was parked, the air bag warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the passenger presence sensor and seat belt retentioner needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was aware of NHTSA campaign number: 10V644000 (air bags); however, the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was 100,000.

The contact owns a 2006 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that the air bag light illuminated intermittently, the driver's seat belt retractor failed, and the directional signal failed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for the directional signal failure but the failure did not duplicate. The vehicle was not repaired.
