A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

Consumer stated passenger side rear safety belt was restraining a toddler seat for a child weighing 27lbs. Consumer attempted to unbuckle css from belt and discovered that the metal "sliding" piece opposite the buckle had broke completely in half.
