The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that after going through the car wash, the passenger-€™s side mirror became inoperable. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact was unable to reset the mirror like stated in the Owner-€™s Manual. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact called the manufacturer, who referred him to the local dealer for assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000.
