The ride is very awful. I want to get ride of it but its paid for and I can't trust a newer model will not have the same problem. Had the same issues with a 2015 escalade and the dealership did nothing to fix it while under factory warranty. After the 5/50000 mile warranty expired I'm told i need new shocks and struts and, yes, I can see that the rear shocks are leaking. Very poor manufacture support by standing by their product and at the cost customers pay. Looks mean nothing if your ride feels like you're driving and riding an off-road vehicle. I feel cheated and do not recommend this SUV even if given to you for free.
