Car stationary. Insert key, turn on, nothing! No click, no sound, no start. Cannot remove key, cannot start. If leave on battery drains. Towed to Cadillac dealer.. new alternator did not fix. New battery did not fix. Cadillac dealers (2) cannot explain or fix. Recent recourse: Disconnect positive lead to battery, reattach, computer resets, car starts. What is problem? Computer module? Car is 2005 SRX V-6.
