The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated while under the rear hatch door and remove items out the rear of the vehicle, the door come down and struck the contact in the back of the head. The contact stated that the door failed to stay in the upright position. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 100,000.
