I’m a retired GM employee. And after reading all of the complaints on the 2014 Cadillac SRX for the same problems, I’m ashamed to see the way GM hadn’t stepped up to the plate to address these issues. My problems started when the car was still under factory warranty, but when reporting these problems to the dealership. They found no issues present.

Now that the car has 74000 miles on it and out of warranty the problems are found. Dealership estimate to fix the jerking, Cue screen and rear axle problem would cost me $4700.00 to repair these found problems. Car is now at another GM dealership to get a second opinion at a cost of $100.00. Will try to reach out to Cadillac to see if there’s anything they are willing to do on these repairs, not holding my breath. Just finished reading a number of bulletin that show how to fix these problems, but yet to see solutions on how to pay for them. Love to support the company I worked for for over 30yrs. Hope they feel the same. Caddy
