Our fuel gauge is jumping all over. Creating havoc to know when fuel is needed..too expensive for us to repair and no answer just why it's doing this.

We are getting very tired of the problem with the fuel gauge fluctuating all the time and not knowing how much gas we have. It has caused my husband to be late for work because of the problem an having to get someone to take him to work and then when he gets off to get someone to take him to get enough gas just to get to a gas station. Now this is getting us pissed off and it needs to be taken care of now!!!

Fuel gauge starts to jump around at about 1/2 tank, difficult to tell what the actual level is after that.

Fuel gauge goes crazy when it hits around 3/4 tank and starts to bounce all over the place? This is very annoying!!

this is a common problem with blazers and a expensive one. i am very surprised there hasnt been a recall on this. it cost me 239.00 dollars and that was for just the part,i did the labor myself.if this was done in a shop it would around 500.00 dollars. i know a few other friends with blazers and have the same problem. so if you are looking to buy one be sure to look for this problem
