The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that the service air bag warning light illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact took the vehicle to sapaugh Chevrolet Buick GMC(1435 mcnutt St, herculaneum, mo 63048)where they discovered that the passenger sensor air bag warning light was defective and needed to be replaced. The contact also stated that the ignition would fail to start up after multiple attempts. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed him that there were no recalls on the vehicle. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 34,000.

The contact owned a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. While driving 40 mph, the vehicle completely stalled without warning. The contact also mentioned that the vehicle failed to respond when the brake pedal was depressed and the steering wheel seized. As a result, the contact crashed into a pole. The air bags deployed. The contact sustained a left arm injury that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to culberson autos (805 N hobart St, pampa, tx 79065, (806) 665-1665). The contact was informed that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 14V346000 (electrical system). The dealer diagnosed that the ignition key switch was the cause of the failure. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. - (recall related incident)
