Air escapes through defrost vent when not selected causing condensation on exterior of windshield. Driving through heavy humidity area caused windshield to completely fog up, loss of vision, and a moment of panic, until wipers were turned on clearing the windshield. All other times small areas of condensation is present on windshield directly above defrost vents. Notified National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Chevrolet and Florida Attorney General. Awaiting responses from NHTSA and Florida Attorney General. Chevrolet said it was basically a design flaw and nothing would be done until enough people complained about it to warrant the cost. I guess a significant number of deaths Is what is required before they will fix it.
