- 2014 Camaro Same Problem - GM's Number. 866-522-9559, its a safety hazard and should be a recall IMHO..2014 camaro Same issue, tried the white wire it did help a little especially in no cell service areas, still turning off and on loud popping very distracting for a driver. I called Gm they said they hadnt heard of this problem before. I told them about the guy that works for gm in florida that suggested this same fix. They took my suggestions but stated they wont do anything unless they have more than 1 complaint. Here is GM's Number. 866-522-9559, its a safety hazard and should be a recall IMHO..

On May 8th my 2013 Chevrolet Camaro was having a problem when I started it. First off the damn thing was absolutely annoying as hell, and when I started this car the radio was glitching like the matrix and making my speakers pop whenever you would turn it on. And the AC would stop working also. This would happen if you came to an abrupt stop or a slow then hard stop. I called my dealer and told them what happened and they said "that is common with that car" - well what the hell if you know put out a recall... Anyways, they said it was a Radio Module OEM part I needed and they said IT WAS $300 so I said no and went on ebay for a used radio module and guess what? Only $40 - a straight up scam. Good luck any camaro owners 5th gen 😪
