while driving,I suddenly lost mobility. i managed to pull into a driveway and lost all gears. when I got out of my Captiva there was a huge flippin puddle under my SUV. I had it towed home til Monday when the Dealership VanDevere opened. its seems that the connection clamp from the line to the coolant tank blew. Ok its just 2 lines that need replaced no biggie right? oh Hell no....the one line is in back order. Now you think since they have no idea how long this is gonna be , that VanDevere or GM would compensate us with a loaner....VanDevere did for 1 day then our extended warrenty did for 2 days..We had the loaner for 5 days. started getting charged 35 a day so we brought it back.this is 2/17/2017 13 days afterwards...no vehicle since. All we get is the run around...blowing smoke up our asses. Its a freakin hose.....just because its a fleet vehicle shouldnt mean your screwed.
