I drive my car, and mostly while waiting at red light, car engine stops, and all lights turn on (seat belt, check engine...) That happened a few times. Once it happened when I was driving the car very slowly looking for parking in parking lot.

Also, check engine is on all the time. At garage they manage to turn it off by setting the computer to zero, but very soon after comes back on. With the check engine on, and sometimes even flashing, my car shakes like crazy when I start it! So I have to let it run for a while before getting on the road.

At garage they charged me + - $1,000 to change wires; specifying that this is the major problem. 2Days later, check engine is back on, and car stopped twice with all light turning on! VERY dangerous!

I'm hopeless! I like the car, its in a good shape (no rust, clean) but that is killing it! HELP! S.O.S! How much more money before I get it back to normal?
