Paid $50.00 to diagnose the problem of hard shifting was a torque converter. Added this to my list of billing GM for. First was a $700.00 rollover sensor then this, then a week ago the under inflation light comes on. All tire readings are wrong. So far my bill to GM is getting close to $2600.00 I filled out the BBB complaint and the NHTSA, then this form. Now I have a disco van with 3 lights on. Sometimes I leave the seat belt off in my drive way to get a fourth light going. Pretty cool huh. Sending the bill to GM soon. Probably end up in small claims court. Stay tuned.
