The water in my AC/Heater control box overflowed and soaked my floor! The dealership is going to charge me over 400.00 to fix a 20.00 seal. The warranty company Western General will not cover the repair because they say it is part of the weatherstripping and not part of the AC/heater system. B--L S--T!! I paid for the best Warranty that the dealership had to offer and now I am getting screwed. I told them to put it back together and I will fix it myself. The service manager could not help me either so I contacted GM and they have started a case for me. I am supposed to get a call by tomorrow from a claims rep at GM. The dealership could not tell if the seal was a defective part or not. What a joke.
