After a hard rain went to get something out of my car only to find the passenger side floor board completely flooded. literally had to bail the water out and use wet vac to get the rest out. I looked for a possible way the water would be getting in but found nothing else wet. Let it dry out for a day only to have another severe storm the next night with the same results. My car now smells like mildew and wet car, the carpet is wasted and has depreciated even more in value due to this.

will start by replacing butyl patch, there is a bulletin that is 13 pages long on this leak. Seems they are not even sure as what causes this or the fix..try this..try that..says water could be entering the vehicle in a number of areas..we are not made of money and if this is a big problem with the design of this vehicle they should fix it free of charge.

Update from Jul 22, 2015: water is still coming in, thru the airbags, behind the dash, runs like a river by the inside hood latch, drips from the sunroof switches.

Update from Aug 23, 2015: cargo area where the battery is was full of water. Carjack is all rusted, the floor is rusting under the underlayment. Who sees these complaints?

I noticed when it rained that my carpet got wet on the front passenger side. I took it to the dealership(RK Chevrolet) and they said it was condensation from the ac. I told them that I wasn't running the AC. They kept the car for 3 days and gave me a rental. When I picked it up, they said the windshield trim was upside down but they had fixed it. Then the problem came back about 6 months later when it was raining again.I took it in and they "fixed it" again. Now the problem is back and worse than ever. My carpet is mildewing.
