Few years back (2005) my daytime lights flickered right when I started the car, and now every time after. This lasts for about 3 seconds and the car switches over to my regular low beams, and runs with them on all the time. On the dash the high beam indicator (little blue light) will flicker non-stop, and I get a warning message saying the Highbeam is out - but both the high and low beams work fine - it's just the daytime lights that do not work. And, when I try to turn on the fog lamps, they will flicker like the daytime lights will (that is, until they switch over to the low beams).
This. pisses. me. off.
