I bought my car from RF motors in Cochin. I bought the car on 2011. But the car was 2010 make that I realized only after I paid my down payment. I am not raising any issue on that as it was my fault. When I took delivery I noticed that GPS accessory for which I had paid fully was not provided. Key is given without a key chain. I have purchased not less than 10 saloon cars including one Chevrolet Optra (in Dubai). All the time I used to get a key chain and some other gift. My first Problem. I have taken delivery of the car from RF motors Nettoor ware house. My driver was driving the car and I am sitting left front seat. After driving a few Kilometres I felt wetness on my right leg and found there is a dripping of water. I took back the car and the mechanic told me it is coming from A/C (cooling tube - I don't know). They rectified it within an hour. I believe they have pasted something where the water was dripping. The paste was giving a horrible smell. The problem was not there for a few months. again it started. It gave a bad smell as carpet get wet. So I took the car and after whole one day Car had been delivered. But it is repeated a few more times. So on last servicing, one week back, which I have done in RF motors Muttom Service station, I specifically instructed to look at this problem. On delivery the consultant told me there was a problem and it is rectified. But yesterday (13/03/2012) morning when I entered the car I felt a very bad smell of the wet carpet. I was not driving for a day the smell was more intense. So I checked for the reason. But yesterday I did not find any dripping. Today morning I was travelling with my wife and she complained that the water is dripping and I checked and found the drops dripping above the right leg space of front passenger seat. I want to know whether it can be rectified, The RF service is always I found problematic. In fact I had find Chevrolet Optra as one of the trouble free car in my fleet when I was doing business in Dubai. And I feel the service centres of the Chevrolet may be the culprit. Whatever the thing I am planning to take the issue with the authorities. I may give one more chance for the RF motors. In fact I had a bigger issue and many minor issues with the Service quality or may be Car quality. Once my car failed to start from the parking and I have to leave the car there. Then Car has bee taken by the recovery service (arranged by the car company) and they told me that there was some electronic failure was the reason. I think it was within 4 months after i took delivery. Big Issue -PROBLEM:- AFTER I did 20,000 KM service (within three days and approximately 1000KM) I was driving the car through NH 47 - Cochin - Trichur route. I was in speed track may be driving 80km or a little above and road was with heavy traffic. I had to slow the car as I saw aar in front of me slowed down to take a right turn. But I could not change the gear. Although situation could have been dangourous as many cars are behind me with the same speed I was driving. and I found a long trailer in my left side prohibiting me to take the car to left. It was a shocking situation. But by the grace of God I put hazard light, and big horn and break. This alerted the clever driver behind me and the other cars behind me. So an accident is avoided. I tried to lower the gear but it was got stuck. After struggling a few moments I could change the gear to Neuter and I pushed car to parking. Luckily this is happened near the muttom service centre of RF motors. One mechanic came from the service centre and told me this is happened because cluctch/ gear oil is drained out. They told me the car has to be taken to Nettoor ( Main Service center) and I have to pay the reccovery van cost in advance. Although I insisted car is still under the warantee and car company has to bear the cost of recovery van and repairing they did not agree. So I paid in advance for the recovery van. Later they refunded it as they were able to drive the car after filling oil. But I was tyold I have to pay for cluctch plate and fly wheel. I told it is not my fault. But they did not agree. I paid around Rs. 18500/- for that repairing. My question to the car company: If the oil is drained out is the reason how it happened? and who is responsible? It is a new car and servicing is done two or three days before the incident. If oil is low why could not they refill on their expensive services ? If it is my fault, what is it? Car is under warranty why should I pay for this repairing I was about to consumer court and for web campaign against the car company when I saw your web site. So I thought I will publish the complaint before I go further.

1. refund of the payment that I have made to repair Clutch 2. Rectification of water dripping problem
