While pressing on the brake pedal, the driver would also press on the accelerator pedal causing the vehicle to surge forward. Owner has made contact with the dealership. The brake pedal has to travel past the accelerator pedal to activate the brakes. As a result the accelerator pedal is accidentally pressed simultaneously.

When the vehicle made sudden stops, the brake pedal would go to the floor, and the vehicle didn't stop. This resulted in an accident. Ph the brake pedal was low and soft. The dealer stated that they were fine. The brakes still felt unsafe. Scc
