CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 has an early trend of the transmission shifting hard, surging & jerking.
At the moment these trucks are still under warranty. However this transmission problem shows up right away with the average reported mileage only around 3,000 miles, so for now the 2017 Silverado earns our "Beware of the Clunker" badge.

There is a recall for the low speed brake issue. I had the recall performed and the problem still exists.
It happens generally when pulling into or backing into a parking space at low engine RPM's. It is extremely annoying when trying to back my RV into a spot and the brakes decide it's time to act up. I'm NOT buying into the excuse about this happening when close time to change oil. It can happen at any time.
I'm thinking of having the vacuum pump and accumulator replace to see if that helps.
