The A/C starts blowing hot air whenever you stop or slow down in traffic. The A/C doesn't blow cold air when the RPM's are reduced to an idle. WTF?

2005 Silverado blowing hot air on drivers side with the ac on. Easy fix, pulled 10a fuse under the hood for 10 seconds then replaced. Not sure how long it will last.
