- Summary
- 23950 - Customer Satisfactory Program. These vehicles may have been assembled without certain software updates and components. The missing software and components could include, depending on the vehicle: (i) updated software for the sensing and diagnostic module (SDM), the transmission control module (TCM), and/or the body control module (BCM); (ii) left and/or right ?wishbone? frame reinforcements; and (iii) high-intensity discharge (HID) headlamps (in place of the halogen headlamps); and (iv) an owners? manual. Dealers are to perform the software updates and install the needed parts, as required.
