Left front hub assembly total failure. Apparently hub stayed locked in four wheel drive and destroyed hub. The failure was noted when extreme vibration and lack of steering response occurred. Failure was at 49,750 miles. Hub assemblies should last life of vehicle. Repaired at my own cost after Chevrolet refused to repair.
