This is absurd. I live in an area where road salt is used and winter corrosion is possible. This is a dangerous issue and should include all vehicles regardless of where they were manufactured. How does GM know where the vehicle went after it was purchased, they don't. I almost hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk a few days because the ABS came on while I was going very slow.

I was charged $241.65 for these repairs and I feel that I should not be responsible for this. How can oer 1.3 million vehicles made between 1999 and 2002 be recalled for this same problem and my vehicle is not included?
