I was sitting still at a red stop light and was rear ended by a driver going 40 miles an hour. The whole 3rd row was smashes up towards the second row. Substantial injuries in my vehicle. Paramedics said air bags should have deployed. After crash we were not able to fold second row down. There was too much frame damage.
