- This technical bulletin provides a procedure to Replace the connector for the immobilizer module to correct a condition of a Service Theft Deterrent message displayed on the Driver Information Center (DIC) and/or the vehicle will not start due to the immobilizer control module connector located in the front of the Instrument Panel compartment can become disconnected when the steering wheel is adjusted forward.
