The headlights and interior lights dim and flicker continuously. The dealer mentioned that GM does not have a fix and there is nothing they can do.

2005 Chevrolet Uplander. While driving vehicle stalled on the highway with children inside. There was a fuel line problem. This occurred more than once. Had to roll vehicle to neutral so the vehicle will start. The vehicle showed no gas if it was B not level parked. The interior and exterior lighting flickered more than on one occasion. People thought the consumer was flashing lights at them. The vehicle was manufactured for a handicap person. The consumer contacted the dealership, and they were able to duplicate the problem. The consumer was working with manufacturer to not have this vehicle any more due to all the problems. Had problems since February 2005. The vehicle was not safe to drive. Would not recommend anyone to buy this vehicle.

The consumer states that the dashboard light is too dim on bright days. The vehicle is a 2005 Chevrolet Uplander. The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer to have the light checked and there was nothing wrong with the light that was already in the vehicle. The consumer wrote GM to complain. The consumer just bought the vehicle a month ago.

Caller said automatic sliding door was defective. Caller had it fixed twice already, and has an appointment for a third time. The cable broke, and she was waiting for the part. The bell that signaled door ajar sounded constantly. Also, the motor for the sliding door was replaced twice, and currently was waiting for another one. This will be the third motor in three months.
