The first time the rotors were an issue they said they needed to be replaced. Within the next year again the rotors were an issue. I was pissed and felt that they should pay for them again. Well come to find out, even though they told me they were replacing them (on the warranty paperwork) they only resurfaced them. I checked with the warranty office and the system also said replacement. So they billed the warranty for something they didn't do. The first time was covered on the regular warranty but the second was extended warranty but I still had to pay more money than the regular warranty. Needless to say, Good Chevrolet paid for my new rotors. Less than a year later, at a tuneup they resurfaced them and now as the trend goes, I need new ones again. The Rotors on this van are just too small and are not equipped to handle the amount of weight this vehicle has. Chevy needs to review these rotors and come up with a solution. I am just biding my time to get rid of this thing.
