AM/FM radio does not receive signal. This is the second time this happened after the Sirius XM trial. Had the radio replaced once while under warranty. They could not explain why it happened. A year later when I tried XM trial, it fried the radio again. Everything else works, just AM/FM does not.
I was told to bring it back in for diagnostic and after spending $100.00 they told me the radio does not work and it would have to be replace. I explained I already know that - what caused the issue - and they did not know. This is the same dealership that replaced it the first time.
