: the contact stated the shifter arm was difficult to shift from the park position to drive or reverse whenever the vehicle was started. Transmission fluid was added every week or two, which seemed to make shifting easier. The air conditioner failed and an independent mechanic determined the coil was flat and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified.
