Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2008 Hummer H3. The front windshield had spots and bubbles which doesn't allow the contact to see through the windshield clearly. The contact also noticed that the driver side seat was cracked along the base of the seat. The contact stated that rust spots completely covered the exterior of the vehicle. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealership. The current and failure mileages were 37550.
