I was involved in an accident that 100% not my fault. A car on the opposite side of the street lost control and hit me directly on the drivers side front. The air bags did not open, I had my seat belt on. I sustained neck, shoulder, head, knee and foot pain, but I felt I was super lucky! If the guy had hit me head on, I would have been in very bad shape.
The car was completely totaled, had to be towed away. Upon impact, the ignition wouldn't turn on, the drivers side door was crunched shut, unable to open, 4 guys (2 police and 2 ambulance guys had to force the door open).
The car was completely dead. No lights were on, inside overheads wouldn't go on. Big Disaster.
Now I have no car. My insurance paid the remaining note on the car, but I don't have any money to get another one.
