Since I have owned by Hyundai I have always kept up with the maintenance on the vehicle. Oil changes regularly, tire rotations etc. I became more concerned after being told several times that the car was "bone dry".

How could this be? I never noticed a leak or had any concerns. But it is occurring more and more. I am having to put oil in my car before my next oil change and that is not acceptable. Then there is the underlying concern, where is the oil going if I don't have a leak? Am I safe to continue driving my car? Will this problem leave me and my daughter stranded, injured or dead? I do not have the money to fix an engine problem if this is where I am headed. I am also not the only owner that is having this problem.

The reason I bought this car was because Hyundai had a credible reputation. It would be beneficial for Hyundai to get this matter under control before something really terrible happens. They may be walking away now from their customers concerns but will they be able to walk away when this turns into a major problem? Word of mouth goes both ways.

Oil consumption is extreme or there's an oil leak, which is equally odd for a newish vehicle. My mechanic has been unable to find a leak, yet I go through 1-2 quarts of oil every 2,500 miles. My check oil also doesn't come on and my engine has been unexpectedly dry twice. It was pure luck I checked the oil level when I did before blowing a head gasket.

From last year onward my car is absorbing much more engine oil. I am getting the proper services of my car done and I keep my car fully maintained. During services I mentioned the above problem to service personal, but they are not paying proper attention.Few days back I also complained the problem to authorized service station, but 15 days has been passed but still I am not getting any response. My complaint request ID number is - 1 176664370.

I am fed up with the problem, which make my experience worst with your company. If my problem is not taken seriously, I will approach to the concern authority.
