I was driving in Houston Texas traffic when the steering wheel yanked out of my hands and returned to the upright position. I tried to have it go down but it would either not move or move down about a quarter of an inch and stop and then move a little bit more but when I released the switch it would return to the upright position. Service tells me that they have no idea what's going on.
